Send gifts to lebanon , enables our customers to place orders from worldwide and deliver them anywhere in Lebanon, noting that we provide low cost deliveries to Beirut and suburbs.

When placing your order, kindly ensure that you provide the accurate address. If the provided address is unclear, we will reach out to the recipient for complete details while ensuring that we maintain the element of surprise for the delivery.

Upon delivery, if the recipient is absence we may leave a parcel at the front door or with the guardian if available.


Cancellation & Refund Policy 

We only accept cancellations of orders before at least 48 hours from delivery date. In that case, a 10% processing fee from the total order amount will be retained to cover restocking charges & credit card service fees. Else, all products are sold “as is”. The customer assumes the responsibility for the purchase, and no refunds will be issued. You may contact us if you wish to exchange your purchase for a product of equal or lesser value. If an item of lesser value is chosen there will be no refund for the additional amount.

 In case of refund, your refund amount = (Total Order - 10%) should appear on your credit card/bank statement within the next 7-10 days.


Substitution and Replacement Policy

For seasonal items or in case of same-day or immediate delivery, we reserve the right to arrange product substitutions where necessary. In all cases, the product used will always be of same or greater value and very similar to the original. Hence Product may vary but the overlook value, quality and size will remain the same.


Exclusion clauses and limitation of liability clauses: is not responsible for the below:

  1. Flowers, Plants, Balloons. Cakes, Gourmet and other perishable items delivered to incorrect address provided by the sender.
  2. Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address provided by the sender.
  3. The decrease in product quality due to a wrong delivery address provided by the sender, or a re-route requested by the sender.
  4. Product low quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient.
  5. We have no liability whatsoever for refusal or rejection of shipments caused by the recipient.
